Thank you for visiting Prinser & Prinsesser, a Norwegian niche store, who wish to inspire to happy childhood memories. Prinser & Prinsesser is offering worldwide shipping and returns, and aim to make your shopping experience as convenient and secure as possible. Your right to privacy and protection of personal data is secured according to The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
ORDERING
To place and order at Prinser & Prinsesser you will need to be 18 of age, or above.
All orders are considered binding. As soon Prinser & Prinsesser has received your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail with information about your purchase. Prinser & Prinsesser recommends saving this order confirmation in the case you might need to contact Customer Support at a later stage. Additionally you will receive an e-mail with updates as your order is being proceeded.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Instant digital download as pdf. When immediate online payment is received, a confirmation e-mai is sent with a download link. E-mailed link will last for 30 days. Contact customer support in the case you may need the link to be resent.
Trouble downloading? Please check security settings for your e-mail and/or web browser. You may open the e-mail in another program/app or forward it to another e-mail address of yours if the issue persist.
CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
Couriers and postal services are dependent on correct delivery information being provided. Please be aware of your own responsibility of filling in correct delivery address and phone number when placing your order.
PAYMENT
Prinser & Prinsesser is offering easy and secure payment via Stripe and Paypal, which allow you to pay with all major debit or credit cards, or alternatively make a transaction via a registered PayPal account. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal.
DELIVERY TIME (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)
Prinser & Prinsesser make deliveries to countries all over the world. It may take approximately 2-5 business days to process an order before the product(s) is shipped. Shipping time will vary, but expect from 1-2 weeks. Meaning, a delivery time of ca 1-3 weeks, depending on destination.
PRICES, VAT, TAXES, IMPORT FEES
All prices are displayed in Norwegian kroner (NOK), excluding VAT. No VAT is currently added neither for Norwegian customers, nor anyone else.
Please note: Orders of physical products may be subject to import duties and taxes, according to rules and regulations for your country.
Prinser & Prinsesser decline any responsibility of these charges.
SHIPPING COST
The shipping cost is added at check-out. Different shipping options might be offered. For some products shipping might be included, and informed on product page. For international orders, please contact customer support.
DELAYS
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. You will then be informed per e-mail, as soon as possible. Prinser & Prinsesser does not offer part delivery by delays. Prinser & Prinsesser will not be held responsible for any kind of inconvenience or damage caused by delay in delivery.
NON PICKED UP GOODS
If Prinser & Prinsesser receive returned packages, not been collected by the customer, Prinser & Prinsesser reserves the right to charge the customer for all costs applied when handling the order and shipment. An invoice will be sent to the customer.
SOLD OUT
If Prinser & Prinsesser is (temporarily) sold out of an ordered product, you will be notified and informed of which products Prinser & Prinsesser can offer you instead. You will be given the choice of either accepting a replacement offer or cancelling your order (or parts of it).
INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE WEB STORE
Prinser & Prinsesser aim to do the outmost, at any time, to provide you with correct information about the products in the web store. However, please mind facts and prices are provided with reservation for printing/typing errors, stock keeping errors, technical specifications being unclear, the possibility of a product selling out, and similar.
RETURN POLICY (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)
In the rare event you may not be fully satisfied with the physical product(s) you purchased online through Prinser & Prinsesser, you may return the item(s) directly to Prinser & Prinsesser. You have 14 days from your receipt of the shipment to return any purchase for an exchange or full refund, provided the returned item is unused, tagged, in original condition and is returned in its original shipping container.
Important: Please, do not arrange any return of goods without a confirmation from Prinser & Prinsesser Customer Support.
If you want to return a product for exchange or refund, please send an e-mail to support@prinserogprinsesser.no. Please, tell what you want to exchange the product for and what the reason for your return is.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the returned product(s) are wrapped for shipment in a manner as to protect it from possible shipping damages. A copy of your original e-mail invoice for the returned product(s) must be included in the box with the returned product(s). Please indicate on the invoice whether you would like refund or an exchange for a different item. Prinser & Prinsesser is not responsible if your shipment is lost in return transit.
Within 3-5 business days of Prinser & Prinsesser’s receipt of your returned purchase, you will be issued a refund by means of a credit to the credit card. (Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.) Or, ship you the item(s) you wished to exchange.
Please mind, taxes, customs, duties etc, which may have been added after the purchase was made on www.prinserogprinsesser.no will not be refunded, nor will the shipping costs.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Prinser & Prinsesser is following the recommendations of the Norwegian Consumer Authority. Contracts between you and Prinser & Prinsesser shall be governed by Norwegian Law.
